Tell Beth about your club
In your own words: what you offer, your courts, your open-play sessions, your coaches and hours. She asks a question or two if she needs to, and she only talks about your club.
Players reserve a court or a spot in open play, members get first pick, and memberships bill themselves. Set up in minutes by describing your club.
Beth, our AI assistant, builds it from what you tell her. Two minutes, no card: leave an email to see the preview, then see it running at its own address for a week.
In your own words: what you offer, your courts, your open-play sessions, your coaches and hours. She asks a question or two if she needs to, and she only talks about your club.
Leave your email and Beth drafts your booking page — your courts and hours, open play by level, your memberships and lessons, your coaches — the way a customer would see it. Change anything.
Press “See it live” and Beth builds a working copy of your club at its own address — book yourself in and watch it land. It is a sandbox that lives a week, so nothing real happens in it. Happy with it? Create your account and add a card, and that copy becomes your club’s site: Beth finishes it with you — your member booking rules, your open-play schedule, your reminder texts. You can be taking bookings the same day.
Your court bookings, open play, memberships and messages all share the same player record, so nothing gets out of sync.
Members book further ahead than drop-in players, indoor and outdoor courts keep their own hours, and a court is booked once, never twice.
Sixteen spots means sixteen. Once a session is full, the booking page stops offering it.
A 4.0+ round robin or an advanced clinic can be kept for the players you’ve put at that level. Anyone else who tries to book it is turned away.
Set up private lessons that book the coach and the court together, so neither is double-booked.
Monthly plans charged automatically. A card that declines is retried on the days you choose, and the member gets an email each time. Gift cards and store credit at the desk.
Court reminders by text or email, only to players who opted in. Desk and coach schedules, shift swaps, a time clock.
Saturday morning courts open up, and members expect first pick.
Members sign in and book courts two weeks ahead; everyone else, one week. By the time the public sees Saturday, members have had a week at it — and nobody at the desk had to referee it.
Court 6 is being resurfaced on Tuesday.
Mark it out of service and the booking page counts seven courts instead of eight until you switch it back on, so nobody books a court that isn’t there. If you need to make it up to someone, store credit goes on their account at the desk.
A 3.0 player tries to join the 4.0+ round robin.
The session is kept for the players you’ve put at 4.0 and up, so the booking is turned away — and the sixteen spots stay with the players they’re meant for.
No monthly plan, no setup fee, no minimum. You add a card when you create your account, and each month you are billed for what your club actually did — bookings made, sales rung up, messages sent. A quiet month is a small bill.
Also on the bill
Estimate, not a quote — you are billed for what actually happens, itemised on your Usage page. Bookings and sales are 5¢ each, email 60¢ a thousand, texts 2¢ each (what the carriers charge us), your booking page 3¢ a thousand views. Beth is billed by the token — about 8¢ for a typical question. Forms and API calls are free; imports and automations come to cents at these volumes. Your customers’ card fees go to your payment processor, not to us.
No. You describe your club in plain words and Beth — the assistant inside LatticeKit — builds it and finishes the setup with you. If you can write a text message, you can do this.
No. The preview is of your club, not a sample one, and one click turns it into a working copy you can book into. Real people are one email away at hello@latticekit.app if you want them.
Bring a spreadsheet or an export from whatever you use today. LatticeKit imports your people, services and products and shows you exactly what it will create before it saves anything.
Cards run through Stripe or Finix under your own account with them, so the money is yours from the first sale. Card numbers are entered on the processor’s secure page and never pass through LatticeKit.
No. LatticeKit books the courts and fills league nights and open play up to a cap, but it doesn’t keep scores, ratings or ladder standings. Keep those where you keep them today.
There is no monthly plan, no setup fee and no minimum. You add a card when you create your account and pay each month for what your club actually did. Cancel any time from your account page.
It is new, and we are welcoming businesses a few at a time. You will be talking to the people who build it, and what you see in the preview is what you get.
Two minutes to describe it. Your booking page, drafted for you. No call, no card until you decide to create the account.
