Tell Beth about your shop
In your own words: what you offer, your grooms, your groomers, tables and tubs, your hours. She asks a question or two if she needs to, and she only talks about your shop.
Owners book the right groom for the time it really takes, with a groomer and a table held together, and get a reminder the day before. Set up in minutes by describing your shop.
Beth, our AI assistant, builds it from what you tell her. Two minutes, no card: leave an email to see the preview, then see it running at its own address for a week.
In your own words: what you offer, your grooms, your groomers, tables and tubs, your hours. She asks a question or two if she needs to, and she only talks about your shop.
Leave your email and Beth drafts your booking page — your grooms by size, prices and lengths, your groomers, your hours — the way a customer would see it. Change anything.
Press “See it live” and Beth builds a working copy of your shop at its own address — book yourself in and watch it land. It is a sandbox that lives a week, so nothing real happens in it. Happy with it? Create your account and add a card, and that copy becomes your shop’s site: Beth finishes it with you — your groomers’ schedules, your deposits, your reminder texts. You can be taking bookings the same day.
Your appointments, sales and messages all share the same client record, so nothing gets out of sync.
A small-dog tidy is an hour; a doodle’s full groom is three. Each service has its own length, so the calendar holds the real time.
Two tubs and three tables? A time is only offered when the groomer and the station are both free.
Write it yourself, in plain words, and it answers what owners ask at night — vaccinations, matted coats, whether you groom cats — in the chat box on your site.
A deposit on the long grooms; nail trims and quick baths stay free to book.
A confirmation and a day-before reminder by text or email — only to owners who opted in.
Gift cards and store credit at the desk. Groomer schedules, shift swaps and a time clock.
A doodle needs three hours; the terrier before it needs one.
Grooms are booked by size and coat, each with its own length, so the day holds what it really takes instead of a fixed hour that runs over.
Three groomers are in, but there are only two tubs.
Every bath needs a tub. The booking page only offers a time when a groomer and a tub are both free, so nobody stacks three baths at 9.
A three-hour groom is a no-show on a full Saturday.
That groom took a deposit when it was booked, and it stays with you unless you choose to refund it — no awkward phone call.
No monthly plan, no setup fee, no minimum. You add a card when you create your account, and each month you are billed for what your shop actually did — bookings made, sales rung up, messages sent. A quiet month is a small bill.
Also on the bill
Estimate, not a quote — you are billed for what actually happens, itemised on your Usage page. Bookings and sales are 5¢ each, email 60¢ a thousand, texts 2¢ each (what the carriers charge us), your booking page 3¢ a thousand views. Beth is billed by the token — about 8¢ for a typical question. Forms and API calls are free; imports and automations come to cents at these volumes. Your customers’ card fees go to your payment processor, not to us.
No. You describe your shop in plain words and Beth — the assistant inside LatticeKit — builds it and finishes the setup with you. If you can write a text message, you can do this.
No. The preview is of your shop, not a sample one, and one click turns it into a working copy you can book into. Real people are one email away at hello@latticekit.app if you want them.
Bring a spreadsheet or an export from whatever you use today. LatticeKit imports your people, services and products and shows you exactly what it will create before it saves anything.
Cards run through Stripe or Finix under your own account with them, so the money is yours from the first sale. Card numbers are entered on the processor’s secure page and never pass through LatticeKit.
Not the driving part. LatticeKit books appointments at your shop; it doesn’t plan routes or limit bookings by service area.

It is new, and we are welcoming businesses a few at a time. You will be talking to the people who build it, and what you see in the preview is what you get.
Two minutes to describe it. Your booking page, drafted for you. No call, no card until you decide to create the account.
